From April 7th to April 17th, Santiago will turn into a laboratory to experience a tight connection between the city and its inhabitants.  The link will be art: installations, performance and other artistic interventions will activate spaces of strong urban identity in sectors as the neighborhoods Yungay, Santiago Centro, Providencia and Recoleta.
